Ypineapple Limited is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join our team. We expect you to be driven, passionate, and self-motivated individual, analytical and goal-oriented, with proven experience in the iGaming industry.

Job Description:

The right person will optimise creative and message within digital channels through adopting a test and learn approach, and collate competitor activity for regular distribution to trading, product and marketing teams.


  • Key in implementing and managing the customer life cycle funnels for Casino & Sports.
  • You will build campaigns and user journeys using BetConstruct and Smartico.
  • Assist the Casino Manager in promotion planning and own execution including pre/post analysis.
  • You will configure promotions in the various casino supplier back office.
  • You will own running of ad-hoc promotions where beneficial for the business.
  • You will proactively improve and optimise customer communications and end-to-end journey’s in collaboration with the Casino Manager
  • You will assist the Casino Manager in delivering on new promotion mechanics and automation to drive market KPI’s;
  • By using market and customer data, you will engage internal analysts in generating actionable CRM strategy insights.
  • Execute SMS, newsletter and push notification send outs.
  • Ensure the correct communication goes out to the correct segment, at the correct time and according to the plan.
  • Follow deadlines and be flexible around with ad-hoc requests.
  • Basic reporting on CRM performance.
  • Work with BI to maximise data to effectively communicate with customers
